KFJC's Month of Mayhem began in 1981 with "No Commercial Potential: The Frank Zappa Special on KFJC." As we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Month of Mayhem in 2021, Cousin Mary takes a look back with interviews with KFJC DJs about this long-standing tradition. The special concludes with Cynthia Lombard's interview with Alex Pantages, one of the producers of KFJC's inaugural Mayhem special. This will lead into a rebroadcast of part one of the 1981 Zappa special that started it all.
