Electronic musicians love their kit, whether it be a bevy of ancient Roland X0X boxes, a Moog modular, or a laptop loaded with the latest bells and whistles. Some are so enamored as to name themselves or their tracks after a particular synth, effect, module, midi patch, whatever. This special is devoted to tracks/ groups named synthesizers, from electro-pop to the most abstract glitchery.
