Amidst oppressive urban squalor, grim city streets, and unmercifully high risk neighborhoods, Burnt Ramen Studios thrived as an "Unsafe Place for All Ages". Myk Ramen and John the Baker dedicated their lives to the creation of this vital S.F. Bay Area venue. Prior to being shut down by the Richmond City Police Department and Fire Marshal, Burnt Ramen operated "under the radar" for nearly three years as a free forum, where musicians, artists, and individuals could gather and openly express themselves without inhibition.
